The mattress feels outdated—definitely not the luxurious comfort one would hope for. The towel rail was running hot when it was sweltering outside, and a drawbridge for a clampdown during the summer would have been welcome. There's no direct contact after 8 PM, which could be bothersome if issues arise. I noticed a strange smell from the drains whenever using the bathroom sink or flushing the loo. Lastly, if you need to work, be prepared for no table in the room, so laptop usage becomes a challenge.
